Gust Gust Konstantin Zarnas ( English Gustave Gust Constantine Zarnas ; December 16, 1913, Ikaria, Greece - December 26, 2000, Bethlehem, PA, USA) - American professional football player, football and wrestling coach, entrepreneur. He played for the NFL teams “Chicago Bears”, “Brooklyn Dodgers” and “Green Bay Packers” in the guard position (1938-1940). First NFL player of Greek descent. He was a member of the American-Greek Progressive Enlightenment Union (AHEPA). Member of the AHEPA Sports Hall of Fame (1975). Veteran of World War II.

Biography
Born in the family of Steve Zarnas and Eleni Pamphilis. He immigrated to the United States with his parents.
In 1935-1937 he played in the position of guard for the football team of Ohio State University , which he graduated in 1938 with a bachelor of science degree. He continued his graduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh and New York .
In 1940 he was enlisted in the US Navy . During the Second World War he rose to the rank of lieutenant (1942-1946).
In 1941-1949 he was an American football and wrestling coach.
Since 1948, he went into business by founding the company GC Zarnas & Co. Inc. ".
As vice chairman of the Betlehem Campaign for the Preservation of the Historical Heritage, he participated in fundraising for hospitals and religious organizations, and actively supported youth health programs and educational institutions.
He was a parishioner of the Greek Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas in Bethlehem.
Personal life
For 56 years, he was married to Grace Koces (1922-2012), who was married to a son and daughter.
