Born at the end of the XIX century in the city of Samarkand . Primary education in his hometown. In the 1930s, he graduated from the IV Stalin Communist University of Working People of the East in Moscow . He worked first as a teacher and then as a director at a teacher’s institute in Tashkent . Then he worked as a director in educational institutions of Kulyab and Shahrinava , as well as the director of one of the Stalinabad schools (now Dushanbe) .
In 1937 - 1940 he was the Dean of the Faculty of the Stalinabad Pedagogical Institute (now the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Aini) . He was also the head of Glavlit at the Council of Ministers of the Tajik SSR, a senior researcher at the Institute of Languages, Literature and History at the Academy of Sciences of the Tajik SSR. He is known as the author of several articles, reports and monographs on history. He died in 1955 in Stalinabad.
