Biography
In 2010, he graduated from the Russian State Social University with a degree in economics. In 1999, he established his own enterprise and organized the production of meat products processing of Zhupikov LLC, where from 1999 to 2016 he worked as general director. Since 2008, expanded the scope of activities, established and became the General Director of LLC “New Sloboda”, whose main activity was the cultivation of grain, industrial and other agricultural crops. Novaya Sloboda LLC was renamed as Agrofirm Zhupikov LLC, which opened a dairy complex in the village of Novaya Sloboda. The company is engaged in the production of grain and vegetables, cattle breeding, and produces dairy products [2] .
In March 2011, he was elected as a deputy of the Tambov Regional Duma of the fifth convocation in the Inzhavinsky single-mandate constituency No. 4. He performed deputy powers on an intermittent basis, was a member of the United Russia fraction, and was a member of the committee on agrarian issues, ecology, and nature management [3] .
In September 2016, he ran for the State Duma of the VII convocation, according to the election results he was elected as a deputy of the State Duma in the Rasskazovsky single-mandate constituency No. 178 [4] .
