Pristan (Nukus) ( Karakalpak . Pristan, Pristanskiy ) is a former village subordinate to Nukus city council, and now it is divided into the assembly of citizens Ak Zhagys, Samanbai, Anasay, Amudarya. Located in the western part of the city . It borders the Amu Darya River from the west, and the Anasay Canal (Kattagar) from the east.

History
In 1958, the settlements of Kyz-Ketken and at the pier Nukus were united in the working village of Pristan [1] .
In the 2000s, it was included in the borders of the city of Nukus , simultaneously with Kyzketken .
According to the 1989 census, the population was 13,062 [2] .

From the south runs the E40
Before the construction of the bridge over the Amu Darya River, a pontoon bridge existed between Nukus (Pristan) and Khojeyli ( Vodnik ).
