He graduated from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of the Russian-Armenian University in 2009 . In 2014, he graduated with honors from Queen Mary University of London with a degree in mathematical modeling in economics. In 2010 - 2011, he led the Irigate company for the installation of irrigation systems and landscape design. Since 2014, he has been managing the software company Cyber Vision. He co-founded the Civil Contract party . In 2017, he was elected a member of the Council of Elders of Yerevan from the Elk block. On May 11, 2018, he was appointed Deputy Prime Minister.
