Outdoor Tavla ( ers. Paksya Tavla ) is a village in the Oktyabrsky district of the city of Saransk . Population 510 (2001), mainly Mordva Erza.

Located on the Tavla River, 25 km from the district center and the railway station of Saransk. The name is hydronym [1] .

Content

History

The village was founded by immigrants from Podlesnaya Tavla [1] .

In 1704 - a village ( Tavlinsky Exhibitions ) of 52 courtyards; in 1869 - the state-owned village of Outdoor Tavla ( Rozhdestvensky ) - out of 210 yards ( 1541 people ) of the Saransk district [2] , there was a mill; in 1914 - a village of 292 yards [1] [3] .

In 1866-1869, a church was built in the village in memory of the Nativity of Christ, with an aisle in the name of St. Demetrius of Solunsky - stone, warm. The temple belonged to the 2nd deanery district of Saransk district. There were 1021 males and 1091 females. There was a zemstvo school [4] .

In the 1930s, the collective farm was created, since 1952 - to them. 17th Party Congress, 1973 - state farm department, 1979 - OPH, since 2000 - FSUE OPH "May 1". In a modern village - a secondary school, a recreation center, a shop, a first-aid post; a monument to the soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War [1] .
