A Jew , [1] was born in Tashkent, lived for some time in Kirovograd , trained by Yakov Shklovsky. At Pakhtakor, he trained under the guidance of Sergey Arutyunov, in 1960 he played in duplicate. In 1962–1964, Pakhtakor / Political Department, Tashkent region . In 1964–1973, he played for Pakhtakor, played 242 games (201 in the big leagues), scored one goal - on September 21, 1967, in the away match against Leningrad Zenit (2: 2), he opened the score with a blow from the center circle.
