Nikolai Stepanovich Duplyak ( Ukrainian: Mikola Stepanovich Duplyak ; born January 15, 1940 , c. Dashkovtsy , now Vinkovetsky district of the Khmelnytsky region ) - Ukrainian statesman, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of I convocation (1990-1994).

Biography
Born on January 15, 1940 in the village of Dashkovtsy, now in the Vinkovetsky district of the Khmelnitsky region .
After graduating from school in Dashkivtsi, he graduated from Kamenetz-Podolsky Agricultural Institute with a degree in livestock . Later, from 1961, he worked at the Reya state farm in the Berdichevsky district of the Zhytomyr region , where he went from zootechnics to director, and remained in the post of director until 1998.
In 1990, during the first alternative parliamentary elections in the Ukrainian SSR, he was nominated as a candidate for people's deputies by the labor collective of the Rey state farm in the Berdichevsky district of the Zhytomyr region, on March 18, 1990 in the first round he was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of the XII convocation (hereinafter - Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine I convocation ) from the Andrushevsky constituency No. 159 of the Zhytomyr region, won 48.84% of the vote among 5 candidates. In parliament, he was a member of the commission on construction, architecture and housing and communal services, and was a member of the Land and Freedom parliamentary group. The deputy powers expired on May 10, 1994.
From June 1998 to April 2002 he was the head of the Berdichevsky District Council.
By decision No. 191 of the Berdichevsky District Council of June 23, 2009, Nikolai Stepanovich Duplyak was awarded the title “Honorary Citizen of the Berdichev District”.
