Geography
It is 0.4 km long and 0.3 km wide.
The lake is located in the Dniester floodplain: on the right bank of the Turunchuk sleeve, which is southwest of the city of Belyaevka . The channel of the Kurudorova River flows in , channels ( eriks ) and a channel (35 m wide and 1.9 m deep) flow out, connecting the lake with Turunchuk. Here, the Dniester floodplain is represented by floodplains , where wetlands are 0.7 m deep. The banks are gentle, swampy with abundant coastal-aquatic vegetation. The water mirror is partially occupied by aquatic vegetation.
Serves as a place for spawning.
The lake is located in the Lower Dniester National Natural Park (economic zone).
