Robert John Boulder ( born Robert October 2, 1958 , Dover , England ) known as Bob Boulder is an English footballer who played as a goalkeeper [1] .

Bob Boulder began his career on the local Dover Athletic team. At the age of 19 he moved to Sheffield Wensday , where he played more than 200 matches. In 1983, he signed a contract with Liverpool , where, despite the fact that he did not play in any official match for the club, he won several trophies, including the European Cup in 1984 [2] .
In 1985, Bob transferred to Sunderland , and after another season - to Charlton Athletic , where he became the first number for the next seven years. In 1993, Boulder completed his professional career as a football player, however, after that he managed to play in amateur clubs in the lower divisions of England.
