Kvyatkovsky, Nikolai Ilyich

Nikolai Ilyich Kvyatkovsky (1849—?) - Russian Major General, St. George Knight.

Born February 15, 1849 . He studied at the Richelieu Lyceum and, when creating the Novorossiysk University in 1865, was enrolled in his students at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics [1] .

He entered the military service; he served in the Caucasus in the 94th reserve infantry battalion, in December 1876 was a rank of ensign.

He participated in the Russian-Turkish war ; in 1878, with the rank of lieutenant , he was awarded the Order of St. George of the 4th degree.

From April 21, 1903 he was appointed to command the 35th Bryansk Infantry Regiment .

Major General since 1905 [2] .
