Biography
Born September 28, 1946
Graduated from Dnepropetrovsk State University (1968). He worked in Berdyansk, Zaporizhzhya region as an editor, editor-in-chief on a local radio.
From September 28, 1974 he lived in Vladivostok, worked on the radio: editor, since 1975 senior editor of the Pacific Ocean radio station (from 1983-1984 in the press service of the Vladivostok base of the trawl and refrigerator fleet), since 1984, chief editor of information broadcasting, since 1987 editor-in-chief of socio-political broadcasting.
In 1990-1993 - Member of the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation on Mass Media. He took part in the work of factions and groups "Glasnost", "Coalition of Reforms".
In 1993-2000. Member of the Judicial Chamber for Information Disputes under the President of the Russian Federation, Member of the Expert Council of the Committee on Mass Media and Communications of the State Duma.
He died on November 24, 2018 in Vladivostok.
