Alexey Nikolaevich Shpilevsky ( Belorussian. Alyaksey Shpileіskі ; born February 17, 1988 , Minsk , Belarusian SSR ) is a Belarusian football coach.

Biography
The son of a Belarusian football agent was once considered a promising defensive midfielder: he played in the youth teams of Stuttgart (2004-2006), and in 2005 as part of the Belarus national team U-17 qualified for the final part of the European Championship , but shortly before the start of the tournament in Italy seriously injured his back, which is why in 2006 ended his career as a football player [1] .
In 2011, in Cologne, Germany, he received a category “A” coaching license and became the youngest owner in Germany. He began his coaching career at the Stuttgart Academy [2] . He started as assistant coach of the U-13 team. Then he became the head coach of the U-12 team. In 2013 he moved to Red Bull Leipzig , where he worked with teams from 13 to 16 years old.
At the end of June 2018 he headed the Dynamo Brest coaching staff, but left the club in August due to a conflict and misunderstanding with the leadership.
In November 2018, he became the head coach of the Kazakhstani Kairat [3] .
