41K-141 - a public highway of regional importance of the Leningrad region, having a beginning on the border of the Novgorod and Leningrad regions (the border of the Batetsk and Luga regions) and ending in the city of Luga . Before its beginning, at the border of the regions, the highway joins the highway 49A-04 , leading from the city of Veliky Novgorod . Together with her, they connect two federal roads: M10 "Russia" and P23 "Pskov" , and are also part of the promising road route Ust-Luga - Veliky Novgorod - Moscow . Earlier, in some sources, these two roads were referred to as the single P47 highway Veliky Novgorod - Luga. This name does not currently exist [1] .
