Biography
Born July 17, 1931 in the village of Sarabnino, Sorochinsky district, Orenburg region in a peasant family.
In 1955 he graduated from the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy with a degree in mechanical engineering, after which he worked as a control engineer, head of the repair shop of the Kovpyt MTS in the Chernihiv region , then he was chief engineer of the Baturinsky MTS in the Chernigov region.
Since 1960, he was at the party and leading work, was the secretary, then the second secretary of the Novgorod-Seversky district committee of the Communist Party of the Ukrainian SSR, since 1962 he was the head of the Bakhmach collective-farm state farm.
Since 1967, he served as chairman of the executive committee of the Bakhmachsky district council of the Chernihiv region, since 1967 he served as head of the main department for mechanization and electrification of agriculture, later he was deputy, then first deputy chairman of the State Committee of the Ukrainian SSR for production and technical support of agriculture ( Goskomselkhoztehniki of the Ukrainian SSR).
Since 1985, he was the first deputy chairman of the State Agro-Industrial Committee (Gosagroprom) of the Ukrainian SSR for production and technical support of agriculture.
Since 1986, he held the post of Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Ukrainian SSR, was the head of the department for providing livestock with craft and technological equipment.
He has been a member of the CPSU since 1974.
In 1990, during the first alternative parliamentary elections in the Ukrainian SSR, he was nominated as a candidate for people's deputies by the labor labor collectives of the Victory October collective farm, Sosnitsky district and Mensky transport and transport enterprise. On March 18, 1990, in the second round, he was elected People's Deputy of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of the XII convocation (hereinafter - the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of I convocation ) from the Mensk electoral district No. 445, won 48.88% of the vote among 5 candidates. In parliament, he was a member of the deputy group "Agrarians", was a member of the commission on agro-industrial complex issues. At the same time since 1991, he was deputy head of the main department of the Agrooborudovanie software. The deputy powers expired on May 10, 1994.
