In Russia it has the status of a regional highway and designations 35K-014 [2] , P-61 [3] , in Ukraine - the status of a territorial road and designation T-0108 [4] ). Sources provide various data on the length of the road - apart from the indicated 67.2 km, also 74 [5] [6] and 75 km [7] .

The road along the steppe Crimea is very straight, runs north-west from Yevpatoria, about halfway along the highway, it goes down to Donuzlav Lake, which crosses the Ablyamitsky Bridge [8] , after which, turning west, it rises to the Tarkhankut Upland and crosses along Tarkhankut and, at the end, it descends to the Black Sea settlement on the Black Sea [9] .

For the first time, a certain road along the modern route is indicated on the map of Strelbitsky in 1920 [10] - the message apparently began after the construction of the bridge over Donuzlav [8] and, almost in its modern form, is displayed on the map of the General Staff of 1938 [11] .
