Kleshko, Alexey Mikhailovich

Born on April 2, 1970 in Abakan, in the family of railway workers Mikhail Alekseevich Kleshko and Ekaterina Serafimovna Bug ^{[4] [5]} . As a teenager, Mikhail was among those people whom the German occupation authorities sent for forced labor to Germany , but managed to survive and, after the end of World War II, returned to Ukraine and becoming a railway worker went to Siberia to build the famous “courage route” - the Abakan-Taishet railway line " . Mother’s grandfather and grandmother — Tatiana Alexandrovna Werner (a graduate of a pedagogical technical school, worked as a teacher in Transbaikalia ) and Serafim Vasilievich Voskresensky (died 1969; came from a family of hereditary priests, graduated from an agricultural technical school, worked as an agronomist, veteran of the Great Patriotic War, was repressed, however, then fully rehabilitated, including the restoration of membership in the CPSU). Great-grandfather - Vasily Voskresensky, was a respected parishioners abbot of the church at the cemetery in Orel, who was later arrested and shot. Father’s grandfather, Aleksei Mikhailovich Kleshko (according to Kleshko, “I was named after him”), was a middle peasant in Ukraine, who was dekulakized three times and then shot ^[6] . Kleshko has an older brother, the poet Alexander Buga ^{[7] [8] [9]} .

In 1977 - 1987 he studied at the secondary school number 10 in the city of Abakan, from which he graduated with a silver medal ^[5] . In 1982, he was elected chairman of the pioneer squad .

In 1987, he entered the journalism department of the philological faculty of Krasnoyarsk State University , where he studied journalism, but did not graduate from a higher educational institution ^{[2] [5] [10] [11] [12]} . Later he graduated from the Moscow School of Political Studies ^[4] .

In 1988 - 1989, he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR in the communications battalion of the district training center of the Siberian Military District ^{[2] [4] [5] [10] [11]} .

Journalistic Activities

In 1991–1995 , he was a correspondent , commentator and presenter of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Radio, besides the New Radio Monday and Think! Radio broadcaster, the Candle family radio channel and the Yenisei Youth radio channel ^{[2] [ 4] [5] [9] [10] [12]} .

Since 1993, he has participated in regional television projects, being the leading 24-hour news program, as well as such journalistic television programs as “Time of Choice”, “The World through the Eyes of the Young”, “Perspective”, and “Parental Hour” ^[4] .

In 1993-1994 he was the editor-in-chief of the Krasnoyarsk Independent Radio Company Local Time ^{[2] [4] [5] [12] [13]} .

In 1994 he began working on the TVK channel, becoming one of its actual founders ^[11] .

In 1995 - 1998 he worked in the Krasnoyarsk State Broadcasting Company "Center of Russia" , where he was the editorial director of television and radio programs for youth "Youth Yenisei" ^{[2] [4] [5] [10]} .

He was the author and presenter of the analytical program “Territory”, which in 1999–2002 was broadcast on the “ Afontovo ” TV channel ^{[4] [5]} .

March 3, 2003 - the first and permanent presenter of the program "After the news" on the TV channel ^[1] . His first guest was the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, A. G. Khloponin ^[14] .

He was secretary of the Komsomol school committee, as well as a member of the bureau of the Abakan city committee of the Komsomol and a member of the Khakass regional committee of the Komsomol ^{[4] [5]} .

In 1990 - 1991 he was deputy secretary of the Komsomol Committee of the Krasnoyarsk State University ^{[5] [11]} .

In 1996 he was elected a deputy of the Krasnoyarsk City Council of Deputies (according to the list of the “Trust for the Young” electoral bloc), where in 1997 he was appointed head of the local government commission, and also worked in the social policy commission and was the chairman of the public council on youth policy ^{[ 2] [4] [10] [12]} . In 2001, after the victory of A. I. Lebed in the gubernatorial elections in 1998 , together with other prominent politicians of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, including A. V. Uss , V. A. Novikov and O. On April 15, 2007, he won the election of deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory of the first convocation , being elected in the single-mandate electoral district No. 2 (part of the Kirov and Lenin districts of the city of Krasnoyarsk) ^[4] . Death

He died on November 19, 2018 in Krasnoyarsk ^{[4] [5]} . Kleshko's body was discovered by a neighbor on the same day at 7 am in the courtyard of the multi-storey building where he lived, located on Dekabristov Street, Building 1 "g" ^{[30] [31]} . According to preliminary data from the investigation, death occurred from a fall from the balcony of a flight of stairs located on the 12th floor ^{[9] [30] [31]} . Following the examination of the body of the deceased, as well as the inspection of the apartment and the working cabinet, “more than two” suicide notes were discovered, and therefore the General Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Krasnoyarsk Territory opened a criminal case under Article 110 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ^{[31] [32]} . In turn, the senior assistant to the head of the Investigation Department of the Federal State Investigation Department of the RF IC Krasnoyarsk Territory Olga Shamanskaya indicated that “4 more have specific recipients and in the near future copies of these notes will be sent to them, since the originals are under examination”, and also noted that “very there is a lot of evidence that Aleksei Mikhailovich died voluntarily ” ^[7] .

In the evening of the same day, residents of the city in memory of Kleshko staged a spontaneous memorial on the porch of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory , where flowers began to be brought. On April 2, 2019, the criminal case initiated after the death of the First Vice-Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexei Kleshko was discontinued due to the absence of a crime event.
