Biography
He began his football career in the physical education teams of his hometown and in the double of Donetsk Shakhtar . In the competitions of masters he made his debut in 1980 in the second league as part of the Cherkasy Dnipro . In the same year he was called up for military service, which was held in Kiev SKA , in his composition played one match in the first league in 1981.
In 1981, he returned to Shakhtar, but at first he only played for the double. He spent part of the 1982 season in the Frunzenec team (Sumy). The Pitmen’s main line-up debuted on June 15, 1984 in the Premier League match against Dynamo Kyiv , replacing Igor Petrov in the 83rd minute [1] . In total, in 1984, he played 5 games in the Major League as a basis for Shakhtar, one game in the USSR Cup and both matches for the Cup of the season , in the last tournament he became the winner. Until 1986, he continued to play for the double of the Donetsk team.
At the beginning of the 1986 season he moved to Shakhtar (Gorlovka), in his composition spent two seasons in the second league. Since 1988, he played in the KFK competitions for "Ugolyok" (Makeyevka). After the collapse of the USSR, he played for Ugolok in futsal competitions .
He died on August 9, 2014 at the 53rd year of his life.
