Breastplate “Honorary Citizen of the Chechen Republic”
The title “ Honorary Citizen of the Chechen Republic ” is awarded to citizens who have worked in the Chechen Republic for at least 20 years, who have made a special contribution to the economic, social and cultural development of the republic, as well as to strengthening the rule of law, developing science, culture, art, education and gaining respect and wide fame among residents of the Chechen Republic. During the year, the title is awarded to two citizens. A diploma, a badge and a certificate “Honorary Citizen of the Chechen Republic” are awarded to those who are awarded the title. The names of those awarded the title are entered in the Book of Honorary Citizens of the Chechen Republic [1] .

- Daudov, Magomed Khozhakhmedovich (1980) - military and political figure, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Chechen Republic for the power block, head of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Czech Republic, Chairman of the Parliament of the Czech Republic of the III convocation and IV convocation [6] .
- Dzhamalkhanov, Zayndi Dzhamalkhanovich (1922-2014) - Chechen philologist, teacher, poet, translator [7] .
- Zavgaev, Akhmar Gapurovich (1947) - statesman, deputy of the State Duma of the fourth and fifth convocations [8] .
- Zakriev, Salman Soipovich (1967) - politician, first deputy chairman of the Chechen Parliament [9] .
- Kadyrov, Ramzan Akhmatovich (1976) - statesman and politician, Head of the Chechen Republic.
- Mirzaev, Sultan Beterovich (1964) - a religious figure. In 2005-2014, he was the mufti of the Chechen Republic and the chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Chechen Republic.
- Mohammed Salah (1992) - Egyptian footballer , striker of the Liverpool club and the Egypt national team [10] .
- Omayev, Dagun Ibragimovich (1943-2019) - theater and film artist, People's Artist of the Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, People's Artist of the Russian Federation [11] .
- Ortsuev, Hasan Umarovich (1953) - freestyle wrestler, champion and prize-winner of the USSR championships, world champion, Honored Master of Sports of the USSR [12] .
- Surkov, Vladislav Yurievich (1964) - Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation since September 20, 2013. Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation [13] .
- Usmanov, Arbi Usmanovich (1942) - writer and poet, translator, playwright. Member of the Union of Writers of Chechnya and Russia, Honored Worker of Culture of Chechnya, Chairman of the Council on Culture under the Head of the Chechen Republic [14] .
- Yandarbiev, Khamzat Shamsadovich (1940) - writer, poet, scientist, political and public figure, member of the Unions of Writers of Chechnya and Russia, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor of the department of domestic and world literature of Chechen State University [15] .
