Aleksander Dmitrievich Tereshchuk ( Ukrainian: Oleksandr Dmitrovich Tereshchuk ; born February 11, 1964 , Vinnytsia region ) - Ukrainian civil servant, former head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev . The head of the Kiev Regional State Administration from October 30, 2018 [2] to June 11, 2019 [3] .

Biography

Born February 11, 1964 in the Vinnitsa region . In 1991 he graduated from Kiev Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs .

Since June 1984, he served as a policeman of the Department of the Interior at the Khristinovka station of the Department of the Interior at the T. G. Shevchenko Station of the South Ukrainian Department of Internal Affairs in Transport.

Since 1991, he was a senior inspector for the prevention of the Leninsky regional department of the interior of the Department of Internal Affairs in Kiev, then a senior inspector of the department for managing district police inspectors of the Starokievsky district department of the interior of the Department of Internal Affairs in Kiev .

Since September 1995, he worked in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev as a senior inspector of the juvenile inspection of the Criminal Investigation Department, senior detective for especially important cases of the juvenile criminal police department, deputy head of the training department - head of the combat training organization department of the Work Department with personnel, deputy head of the training department of the Office for the work with personnel, deputy m Head of HR - Head of training.

From October 2005 to January 2008 - Head of the Pechersky District Department of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev .

From March 2008 to March 2010 - Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the city of Kiev - Head of the Staff Support Department.

From March 2010 to June 2012 he worked as the head of the Goloseevsky district department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev.

From June 2012 to November 2012, he served as head of the Office for Combating Drug Trafficking of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine .

November 17, 2012 to July 2014 he headed the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Volyn region .

Since July 22, 2014 - Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev [4] . June 5, 2015 was dismissed from his post [5] .

On July 3, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko canceled the lustration of Alexander Tereshchuk.

On December 14, 2015, the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov announced that he had fired the head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kiev, Alexander Tereshchuk, and several senior officials of the capital’s headquarters [6] .

From April 2017 to October 29, 2018 - First Deputy Chairman of the Odessa Regional State Administration .

From October 30, 2018 to June 11, 2019, the Chairman of the Kiev Regional State Administration.
