Historical background
The Constitution of the Republic of Adygea was adopted at the XIV session of the Legislative Assembly (Hase) - the Parliament of the Republic of Adygea on March 10, 1995 . Since its adoption, 21 amendments have been made to it, and now it is fully consistent with federal law. A meeting of the constitutional commission of the Republic of Adygea was also held under the chairmanship of President Aslancherii Tkhakushinov. At the meeting, a number of organizational issues were resolved: they elected the secretary of the constitutional commission, which was Yegor Goryainov, the head of the Presidential Administration and the Cabinet of Ministers of Adygea. A sufficient circulation of the text of the Constitution of the Republic for the population of Adygea has also been published. It is supposed to publish a souvenir version of the Constitution of the Republic of Adygea.
