The audience considered “a miracle surpassing all miracles” a panorama made by the artist Siseri and stage engineer Kontan , during which the boat, located in the middle of the stage, seemed to sail against the backdrop of the moving scenery of the forest (later this technique is used in the production of The Sleeping Beauty by Marius Petipa ) .
