Biography

Evgeny Sergeevich Tytyanko was born on March 2, 1935. In 1951 (according to other sources, in 1953) he graduated from the Moscow Choir School [1] , completed an internship under the guidance of A. V. Sveshnikov in the Boys Choir of the Choir School (now the Boys Choir of the Choir School named after A. V. Sveshnikov). In 1953-1958 he studied at the Moscow Conservatory in the department of choral conducting [2] .

For more than 20 years he was choirmaster of the Red Banner Ensemble. A. Alexandrova , then since 1985 he worked in the Song and Dance Ensemble of a group of Soviet troops in Germany .

In 1991-1995 he was the artistic director of the Russian choir named after A. V. Sveshnikov . At this time, the team received the name of Sveshnikov [3] . In 1993, the choir first went on tour in the United States, then toured in China, Turkey and Egypt. Together with the conductor of the Bolshoi Theater A. Chistyakov, the choir recorded the operas May Night and the Tsar’s Bride by N. Rimsky-Korsakov, Aleko and Francesca da Rimini S. Rachmaninov; A. Serov’s opera “Judith” was first recorded.

He died in 1995.
