Biography
Arsamendia is a graduate of the Cerro Porteno Club. On July 9, 2015, in his match against Deportivo Capiata , he made his debut in Paraguayan Example [1] . In his debut season, Arsamendia became the champion of the country. In 2017, he again helped the club win the championship . On February 17, 2018, Santiago scored his first goal for Cerro Porteno in a duel against Sol de America . [2]
