Signs of the postal payment of the USSR (1930) - a list ( catalog ) of postage stamps ( postage stamps ) put into circulation by the Directorate for the publication and forwarding of postage stamps of the People's Commissariat of Posts and Telegraphs of the USSR in 1930 [1] [2] [3] .

The third issue of standard stamps (1929-1941)

In 1930, the issue of standard postage stamps of the third standard issue of the USSR was continued: stamps with a face value of 0.15 to 3 rubles [5] [7] were put into circulation.
