Biography
Alexander Makarov was born on May 26, 1959 in the Soviet settlement in the eastern Crimea . In 1960-1963 he lived in the German Democratic Republic. Since 1963 - in the Moscow region and Moscow. He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Culture in 1982 . He worked as a librarian , editor .
Creativity
