- Horlan Ihsanovna Kalilambekova was born on November 18, 1945 , the city of Balkhash , Karaganda region .
- 1967 Graduated from Karaganda College of Music
- 1972 Graduated from the vocal faculty of the Kazakh State Conservatory. Kurmangazy (class of N.D. Yumasheva)
- In 1977 - 1978, she underwent an internship in the theater of the Sofia State Opera under the guidance of the People's Artist of Bulgaria, Professor A. Naidenov.

- Husband - Azerbaijan Mambetov (1932 - 2009), Soviet Kazakh film and theater director. People's Artist of the USSR and the Kazakh SSR, Laureate of the State Prize of the USSR and the Kazakh SSR.
