Biography
From the family of a timber merchant. [1] Graduated from the gymnasium and 2 courses of the medical faculty of Saratov University . Member of the RCP (b) since January 1918. In 1918-1919, assistant secretary of the Saratov Commissariat of Labor , secretary and commissar, then political instructor of the executive committee of the Saratov Council of Workers 'and Soldiers' Deputies , authorized by the presidium of the Saratov Provincial Executive Committee.
Since October 1918, secretary of the Saratov provincial Cheka, since October 1919 assistant to the head of the information department of the special department (OO) of the 10th Army . In April - September 1920, an inspector, head of the organizational department of the PA VChK, then head of the administrative and organizational department of the PA of the South-Western Front . Since 1921, the head of the administrative and organizational department of the VUCHK (All-Ukrainian Extraordinary Commission), then the assistant to the chief and temporary acting head of the administrative department of the administrative and organizational management (JSC AOU) of the Cheka. In 1921 - January 1930, the head of the AOU VChK-GPU-OGPU USSR JSC, then the head of the School of the Militarized Guard of the OGPU USSR, later on, from March 1930, was at the disposal of the AOU OGPU USSR. From January 1931, he was the head of the police and criminal investigation department at the SNK of the Crimean ASSR , and since March 1931, he was also an assistant to the police and criminal investigation officer of the plenipotentiary representative of the OGPU in Crimea . In August - September 1932 at the disposal of the OGPU of the USSR, then the head of the Office of the RCM and the assistant to the plenipotentiary representative of the OGPU in the Byelorussian SSR for police and criminal investigations. Since July 1934, he was the head of the Office of the RCM of the NKVD of the Byelorussian SSR, but already in September 1934 he was removed from his post and was in the reserve of appointment of the NKVD of the USSR.
From November 1934, he was the head of the 2nd section of the central control area of the Dmitrovsky ITL , from January 1935 the head of the section, and from April 1935, he was simultaneously the temporary assistant to the head of the Ikshan District of the Dmitrovsky ITL. In March 1936 - August 1937, the assistant to the head of the Dmitrovsky ITL department and at the same time the head of the personnel department of the Dmitrovsky ITL management and construction of the Moscow-Volga canal , then the assistant to the head of the Volzhsky ITL department. Since March 1939 he was at the disposal of the GULAG of the NKVD of the USSR, in April 1939 he was dismissed from the NKVD. Later he lived in Moscow, was buried in the Novodevichy cemetery . [2]
