Krasnopolsky, Vladislav Ivanovich

Born on July 1, 1938 in Kuibyshev (now it is Samara).

In 1961, he graduated from the 2nd Moscow State Medical Institute named after N.I. Pirogov .

From 1961 to the present, he has been working at the Moscow Regional Research Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology (MONIIAG), where he has gone from a graduate student to the head of a gynecological clinic (since 1973) and the director of the institute (since 1985).

From 2017 to the present - President of MONIIAG.

Since 1990 - Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Advanced Medical Doctors of the Moscow Region at the Moscow Institute of Medicine named after M.F.

In 1967 - defended his thesis, topic: "Caesarean section after the outflow of water" ^[2] .

In 1978 - defended his doctoral dissertation, topic: “Modern aspects of the diagnosis, surgical treatment and prevention of purulent formations of the uterine appendages” ^[2] .

In 1994 - was elected a corresponding member of RAMS.

In 2011 - was elected an academician of RAMS.

In 2013, he became an academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences (as part of the accession of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences and the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences ).

The main areas of research: surgical gynecology, uro- and proctogynecology, including plastic surgery, the development of reconstructive surgery on the genitals, urinary tract, structures of the pelvic diaphragm, with multiple fistulas, complicated by purulent-inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs, common forms of endometriosis; the development of new methodological approaches to the use of combined approaches (endoscopic, vaginal, laparotomy) for simultaneous diseases of the pelvic organs; development of indications and techniques of laparoscopic surgery during pregnancy and the postpartum period; surgical obstetrics, including the development of intra- and extraperitoneal access methods for abdominal delivery with a minimal risk of postoperative complications and the possibility of spontaneous labor after them; management of pregnancy and childbirth in severe extragenital diseases (severe forms of diabetes mellitus, chronic bronchopulmonary diseases, conditions after removal and implantation of the kidneys, heart and vascular surgery, pathology of the organs of vision, etc.); development of measures for the rational management of women during the period of surgical menopause.

Scientific research covers the multifaceted aspects of the surgical treatment of inflammatory purulent lesions of the internal genitalia and pelvis, the problems of diagnosis and surgical treatment of endometriosis of the genitals with lesions of adjacent organs and systems, the diagnosis and surgical treatment of all types of complex uro and proctogenital fistulas. In the field of gynecology, the scientific research of V.I. He proposed a number of original methods for the surgical treatment of urinary incontinence, ureteral transplantation, correction of pelvic floor muscle insolvency, prolapse and prolapse of the uterus and vaginal walls, methods of preventing severe postoperative complications of purulent lesions of the pelvic organs, peritonitis, complex localization and extensive damage with endometriosis for which copyright certificates are received. The MONIIAG Gynecological Clinic is the only one in the Russian Federation where, since 1980, studies on urogynecology have been carried out.

In the field of obstetrics, problems of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of postpartum purulent-septic complications, as well as various aspects of cesarean section, were developed. Under his leadership and with direct participation, original studies of reparative processes of the uterine scar were carried out, a domestic antiseptic absorbable suture material caproag was developed, an optimized method of extraperitoneal cesarean section was presented, a system for managing childbirth through the natural birth canal in patients after cesarean section was proposed. In addition, problems of surgical and endoscopic interventions on the uterus and appendages during pregnancy and the postpartum period are being developed. The latest diagnostic methods are being created in obstetrics and gynecology, including three-dimensional ultrasound.

Basic research is being carried out in case of diabetes mellitus in pregnant women, diabetic fetopathy, the cellular-molecular and pathophysiological basis of dysmetabolism and angiopathy, methods for their prevention and correction have been developed. Fundamental research on the pathology of uterine contractility has been carried out. Scientific data on the management of pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period in women in ecologically unfavorable areas, primarily in regions exposed to radioactive contamination as a result of the Chernobyl accident, have been developed and presented. Important data are presented on the organization of obstetric care for women in these regions, on the prevention of complications in mother, fetus and newborn, as well as on the reproductive health of the female population and its rehabilitation.

The creator of the scientific school of obstetrician-gynecologists surgeons, which develops not only relevant issues of gynecological and laparoscopic surgeries, caesarean section, but also the most important issues of spontaneous birth in women at high risk. Under his leadership, 30 doctoral and 41 master's theses were completed and defended.

The author of more than 650 scientific papers, among them 26 monographs and manuals, 53 documents of guidelines and recommendations, manuals for doctors; he has 29 copyright certificates for inventions and patents.
