Alexander Nikolaevich Sergienko (born December 2, 1971 ) is the head of the administration of the Stary Oskol city district of the Belgorod region (since 2018).

Biography
A.N. Sergienko was born on December 2, 1971 in the village of Krapivnoye, Shebekinsky district.
He began his career in 1992 in the gas industry of the Shebekinsky district. From 1993 to 2008, he worked as an engineer, head of the technical department of the Shebekinogorgaz trust, and deputy head of the Shebekinsky department for the operation of the gas economy. In January 2008, he was appointed chairman of the committee for construction, transport and housing and communal services of the Shebekinsky district administration. Then for two years he headed the administration of the city of Shebekino .
In August 2010, Alexander Sergienko took the post of first deputy head of the administration of the Shebekinsky district, and then the head of the Korochansky district . In 2014—2017. was the head of the administration of the Belgorod region [1] .
In November 2017, Sergienko was appointed to the post of first deputy head of administration of Stary Oskol , overseeing the direction of construction, transport and housing and communal services. January 21, 2018 was approved as head of the administration of Stary Oskol. His candidacy was supported by a competition committee and approved by deputies of the city council - Sergienko received 15 out of 20 votes [2] .
He has a higher engineering education in the specialty "Machines and apparatuses of chemical production and enterprises of building materials" [3] .
In May 2019, the Governor of the Belgorod Region, Yevgeny Savchenko, handed Alexander Sergienko a diploma for achieving the highest results based on the evaluation of the effectiveness of local government over the past year [4] .
