Biography
Born in 1904 in the village of Yarigino. Member of the CPSU since 1925.
Since 1915 - on economic, public and political work. In 1915 - 1962 - a peasant, a dairy worker, secretary of the Konstantinovsky district committee of the Komsomol, Zagorsky district committee of the Komsomol, Ryazan province committee of the Komsomol, secretary of the Pronsky district committee of the CPSU (b), second secretary of the Gissar district committee of the Communist Party, first secretary of the Shakhrituz district committee of the Communist Party, first deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Tajik SSR, first deputy chairman Gosplan of the Tajik SSR.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 4th convocation, the Supreme Council of the Tajik SSR of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th convocations.
He died in Dushanbe on December 14, 1962 .
