Career
Andrei Nestrashil began his hockey career in 2005, during three seasons he played for the junior teams of the Prague Slavia . In 2008, he moved overseas, playing for three years in the main junior hockey league in Quebec . In 2011, he signed a contract with the NHL club Detroit Red Wings . First he played in the AHL , in the Detroit Farm Club Grand Rapids Griffins . In the 2014/15 season, he made his debut in the NHL for Detroit. During the season he was exchanged at Carolina Hurricanes . After a severe spinal injury in 2016, Nestrashil played in the NHL not as productively as before. In the summer of 2017, he moved to Nizhnekamsk Neftekhimik [1] .
