Biography
Born in 1926 in Lääne-Virumaa. Member of the CPSU.
Member of World War II. Since 1951 - on economic, social and political work. In 1951 - 1986 - Locomotive depot locksmith, assistant to the engine driver, engineer, train instructor of the locomotive depot Tallinn of the Estonian branch of the Baltic Railway.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of October 1, 1965, the title of Hero of Socialist Labor was awarded with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Golden Hammer and Sickle Medal.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 8th (re-elected) and 9th convocations.
He died in Tallinn in 2013.
