Biography
Born in 1928 in the village of Urkusta. Member of the CPSU since 1957.
Partizan, exiled to the Uzbek SSR as a Crimean Tatar. Since 1944 - on economic, social and political work. In 1944 - 1989 - state farm accountant, precinct and district inspector of the Central Statistical Office in Yangiyul, deputy chairman of the district executive committee, secretary, second secretary, first secretary of the Akkurgan district committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan, chairman of the organizing bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan in Djizak region, first secretary of the Dzhizak regional committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan, Minister of Forestry Uzbek SSR, economist at the Schröder Experimental State Farm, director of the Kombraisky Nursery.
By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of December 14, 1972 he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Sickle and Hammer gold medal.
He was elected a deputy to the 9th Supreme Soviet of the USSR.
He died in 1989.
