Biography
- Nurtai Salihuly Born on June 1, 1962 in the village of Shynkozha, Ayagoz district, Semipalatinsk region.
- Father - Sabilyanov Salih, born in 1920, retired. A veteran of World War II and labor, a member of the Leningrad blockade, fought on other fronts. He lives in the city of Ayago VKO.
- Mother - Sabilyanova Kasenkhan (1930-2000) raised and raised nine children.
- In 1979 he graduated from the Kazakh secondary school in the village of Shynkozha.
- He began his career in July 1979 in the Komsomol-youth brigade "Orbit" in the native state farm "Naryn" in the Ayagoz district.
- From November 1980 to December 1982 - he was in active military service in the Soviet Army in the city of Leningrad, and at the same time he graduated from evening Russian secondary school No. 192 in Leningrad and received a second high school diploma.
