Biography
Born in a working class family.
Member of the RCP (b) since 1920, secondary education.
He began his career in 1913 as a messenger telephone exchange, in 1916-1917. - Assistant volost clerk, in 1917-1920. - conductor of the Baku railway.
In 1920-1921 studied at the Communist University named after Ya. M. Sverdlov in Moscow, in 1923-1926. - Student of the Saratov Regional Communist University .
- 1921-1923 - Secretary of the district committee of the Komsomol, deputy department head, chairman of the county Sovprof,
- 1926-1927 - Instructor of the Astrakhan district committee of the CPSU (b),
- 1927-1928 - Executive Secretary of the Kulyab Okrpartburo of the Tajik Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Uzbekistan,
- 1928 - head of the organizational department of the Kurgan-Tyubinsky district committee of the Tajik regional committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Uzbekistan,
- 1928-1929 - Head of the Department of the Stalinabad Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Tajikistan,
- 1929-1935 - Party investigator of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Tajikistan.
In 1935, he was approved by the Chairman of the Control Commission of the Gorno Badakhshan Regional Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Tajikistan.
