Commune
Since 1977, the former commune of Kaulil ( niderl. Kaulille ) belongs to the Boholt commune.
One of the centers of the village is Reppel, where St. Willibrord supposedly built a church in the 7th century. Until the end of the 18th century, the church belonged to the Echternach Abbey .
