Biography
Higher education. In 1991 he graduated from the Kuzbass Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mining engineering and construction. In 2004 he graduated with honors from Kemerovo State University with the award of qualification “specialist in social work”. He studied at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. He has the degree of candidate of economic sciences [2] [3] .
In 1984, he was drafted into the border troops of the Armed Forces of the USSR. In 1986 he served in Afghanistan [4]
He began his career in 1990 at the Severny Maganak mine (Prokopyevsk), after 6 years he went from an underground mining foreman to the head of section No. 7. As a shift supervisor, in 1996 he moved to OJSC Mine Zenkovskaya "" (Prokopyevsk), where he worked until 1999, leaving the post of deputy director for production.
In 1999, he began work in the city administration of Prokopyevsk. He served as Deputy Head of the city of Prokopyevsk - Chairman of the Committee for the Management of Municipal Property, then was appointed First Deputy Head of the City of Prokopyevsk - Chairman of the Committee for Property Management. In 2008, he took the post of first deputy head of the city of Prokopyevsk, who performed until the appointment of the Head of the city [1] [3] .
From September 23, 2016, he acted as the head of the municipality [5] [6] .
On November 18, 2016, at the next session of the Prokopyevsky City Council of People's Deputies, he was elected Head of the city of Prokopyevsk [7] [8] .
On November 23, 2016, he officially took office as the Head of the city [1] .
