Biography and career
Javier Margarita Odia Ubal Uño Munoz was born on May 28, 1977 in Mutala ( Sweden ). Javier's parents moved to Sweden after the coup in Chile in 1973. Grew up in Hyablo Outside of Gothenburg , Munoz started singing at an early age, performed in recreational farms and played in a pop group. In high school, she played in the musical Odia. She also participated in contests such as Round Melody, Unknown Revue, and Star-95. Munoz studied aesthetics with an emphasis on dancing at Gothenburg High School, Sweden . In 1999, she left the National University , where she studied jazz for a year.
Javiera studied modern dance for three years, and for several years she worked as a freelance artist. In Sweden, she worked as a music artist since she was 16 years old. In collaboration with Bert Karlsson , she released two CDs “Javiera” and “True Love”, and also twice participated in Melodifestivalen . Munoz has been involved in choreography and has participated in numerous concerts, musicals and television shows nationally and internationally, including Bingolotto TV4, SVT Solo and Sydney. She was based in Sweden , but she also played a lot in Europe : in France , Finland and Norway in the winter of 2008. In 2007, she was hired by TVN Chile as a choreographer and dancer / singer.
In 2002, her debut album was released, in which, apart from herself, Lars Didrikson also acted as songwriters and Marcos Ubeda . Munoz participated in Melodifestivalen 2000 with the song "Every hour, every minute", which took fourth place. In Melodifestivalen 2002, she participated in No Hay Nada Màs , finishing in sixth place.
On August 13, 2003, she received a Tobis scholarship of SEK 25,000 to promote Latin music in Sweden .
Munoz died on January 16, 2018 in his apartment in Gothenburg , Sweden , after ten years of struggle with anorexia nervosa in his 41st year of life [4] .
