Lai Zia Thanh (LAI Gia Thanh, born May 3, 1998 ) is a Vietnamese weightlifter performing in the weight category up to 55 kg. Silver medalist at the World Junior Championships (2017), world champion (2018) and Asia (2018) among juniors.

Career
At the debut of the adult world championship of 2017, he performed in the weight category up to 62 kg and gained 267 kg in total, taking the final 14th place.
At the Asian Championships and the World Junior Championships in 2018 in weight to 56 kg won the championship titles.
At the beginning of November 2018, at the World Championships in Ashgabat, a Vietnamese athlete in the weight category up to 55 kg won a small silver medal in the exercise push, taking a barbell weighing 142 kg. Having failed the jerk, the athlete from Vietnam was not qualified in the final protocol.
