The company was founded by four friends - Ulan Kairbekov, Magzhan Madiyev, Yerlan Essimseitov and Dauren Rakhimzhanov in January 2015. A group of friends had a digital agency and a cleaning service, from which Naimi.kz grew. ^[one]

In February 2016, it was decided to enter pay per leads (PPL). Payment was made for the response to each application. The response cost 50-250 tenge ^[7] . This type of monetization was effective, but experts refused to pay for the application, which they could not get.

The third business model includes a subscription: a specialist pays a certain amount for access to the entire customer base for a certain period and can respond to any number of applications ^[8] .

All Naimi.kz specialists go through several stages of verification before getting access to applications. First, candidates fill out a questionnaire with general information about themselves. Then documents are sent for verification. If successful, the master is assigned the status of "Verified" and access to applications is open. The executors who filled in the information about themselves, but did not send the documents, can only respond to the application if the client is ready to work with untested specialists.
