Biography
Born in Moscow, the son of Vasily Pavlovich Koryazhnov, professor of the Moscow Veterinary Academy (1904-1978). He graduated from the Moscow Veterinary Academy (1953) and graduate school (1956).
- 1956-1966 Jr., senior researcher at the All-Russian Research Institute of Animal Husbandry (VIZH).
- 1966-1971 agricultural adviser to the Embassy of the USSR in Sweden.
- 1971-1979 Senior Researcher (1971), Head of Department (1971-1979), at the same time in 1978-1979 Deputy Director for Scientific Research at VIZH.
- 1979-1986 First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the All-Russian Branch of the All-Union Agricultural Academy, simultaneously head of the VIZH laboratory.
Pig breeding specialist. Doctor of Agricultural Sciences (1977), Professor (1980), Corresponding Member of the Agricultural Academy of Agricultural Sciences (1986).
Author (co-author) of more than 100 scientific papers, including 8 books and brochures. Publications:
