Biography
Born in 1910 in the village of Naumikha. Member of the CPSU since 1930.
Since 1927 - on economic, social and political work. In 1927 - 1980 - shuttle, locksmith at a textile factory, instructor, secretary of the party committee of the Saratov Aviation Technical School, first secretary of the Balashov district committee and city committee of the CPSU (b), head of the Chernigov military aviation school, deputy chief of the political department of the 193rd Iad, deputy commandant of the city of Plauen in the GDR, party organizer factory, the first secretary of the Engels city committee of the CPSU (b), the chairman of the Saratov city executive committee, the first secretary of the Volga district committee of the Communist Party of the city of Saratov, the chairman of the Saratov regional party committee control.
