Biography

Born in 1900. Member of the CPSU (b) (CPSU) since 1929.

member of the Civil War.

From 1919 to 1952 - on economic, public and leadership work on the USSR railway transport, head of the Far Eastern Railway, head of the Ryazan-Ural Railway, head of the North-West District of railways. General Director Grade III.

He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of the 2nd and 3rd convocations. Delegate of the XVIII Congress of the CPSU (b) (1939).

He died in Leningrad in 1952.
