Biography
Born May 22, 1946 in Orenburg.
In 1969, she graduated with honors from the Perm State Medical Institute with a degree in Sanitation.
From 1967 to 1969 - laboratory assistant at the Department of Municipal Hygiene, Perm State Medical Institute.
From 1971 to 1996, she worked at the Perm Polytechnic Institute , where he went from a senior researcher to a professor in the department.
In 1983 she defended her doctoral dissertation.
From 1996 to January 2018, he was the Director, and currently is the Scientific Director of the Federal Research Center for Medical and Preventive Health Risk Management Technologies of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-Being (Perm).
In 2000 - was elected a corresponding member of RAMS .
In 2011, she was elected an academician of the RAMS .
In 2013, she became an academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences (as part of the accession of RAMS and RAAS to the RAS).
Scientific activity
Specialist in the field of fundamental and applied aspects of hygiene.
The developer of scientific foundations on topical fundamental and applied problems of preventive medicine, human ecology and environmental hygiene, in particular, a systematic assessment and forecast of parameters and multifactorial interrelations of population health indicators under the combined influence of environmental factors, as well as a methodology for multivariate analysis of disease polymorphism with an ecologically determined genesis development.
The author of fundamental works on the development of scientific and methodological foundations of socio-hygienic monitoring, in particular, developed a system of criteria for hygienic diagnostics, models, chemical-analytical and medical-biological support. She proposed and effectively implemented conceptual approaches to constructing a regional structural and functional model for ensuring the hygienic safety of the population under the conditions of technogenic and natural-caused effects of chemical environmental factors on public health, based on the evidence base and comprehensive expert analytical analysis, modeling and forecasting of the sanitary and epidemiological situation.
Under her leadership, a comprehensive scientific-methodological, chemical-analytical, information-analytical, software-hardware and clinical-laboratory base was created for the diagnosis, correction and prevention of environmentally caused diseases, systematic analysis and disease risk management during exposure of environmental chemical factors.
Under her leadership, 20 doctoral and 42 master's theses were defended.
He is the author of more than 850 published scientific works, including 9 monographs, 17 books, 3 atlases, 270 major journal articles, more than 60 regulatory and methodological and information-methodical documents, 58 copyright certificates and patents of the Russian Federation for inventions.
