Jolly Kut is an abolished settlement that existed on the territory of the Dmitrovsky District of the Oryol Region until 1969. He was a member of the Borodino Village Council .

Geography
It was located 17 km north of Dmitrovsk and 2 km from the border with the Bryansk region .
History
In 1926 there were 20 courtyards in the village, 143 people lived (63 males and 80 females). At that time, Jolly Kut was part of the Borodino Village Council of the Volkonsky Volost, Dmitrovsky District, Oryol Province [1] . Since 1928 as part of the Dmitrov district . In 1937 there were 7 courtyards in the village [2] . During the Great Patriotic War, from October 1941 to August 1943, he was in the zone of the Nazi occupation (the territory of Lokot self-government ). It was abolished on January 17, 1969 [3] .
