Pavel Aleksandrovich Sevastyanov (Sevostyanov) (May 19, 1904, Moscow - August 14, 1974, Moscow ) is a Soviet football player who played as a striker , a football referee.

He is a pupil of the Moscow club OLLS (now CSKA). He played in the army until 1928. In 1929-1937 he played for Dynamo Moscow (in 1936-1937 - for the second and club teams).

After the completion of his playing career, he was engaged in refereeing and coaching. In the 1940s and 1950s he judged matches of the USSR championship , in the major league he played 23 matches as the main referee. After that he was engaged in coaching. According to some data [1] , from 1955 to 1960 he headed the national team of the Mongolian People’s Republic .
