Ibikuy ( Spanish Ibicuy ) is a city and municipality in the department of Islas del Ibicuy of Entre Rios province ( Argentina ).

History
In 1906, in order to organize the railway communication between the provinces of Buenos Aires and Entre Rios, it was decided to arrange a railway ferry. In 1908 a railway branch line was brought here and a pier was built. In 1910, the city of Ibikui was founded near the pier. In 1951 the municipality was formed.
In 1977, in connection with the opening of new, more convenient routes, the railway ferry in Ibikui ceased to exist.
