Villa Dolores ( Spanish: Villa Dolores ) is a city and municipality in the department of San Javier of the province of Cordoba ( Argentina ), the administrative center of the department.

History
In the middle of the XIX century, these lands were part of the province of San Luis . In 1858, Governor founded the settlement of La Cruz here. Subsequently, these lands were annexed by the province of Cordoba, and La Cruz became the town of Villa Dolores.
