A Brief History
The opening of the All-Union Correspondence Construction College of the Ministry of Construction of the RSFSR was started with the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR of February 19, 1951 No. 1011. Initially, the college was located on 9th Park Street. Two years later, the technical school changed its address to Pervomaiskaya Street .
In 1979, the college was renamed the Moscow Installation College. Later, a military glory museum was opened at the technical school.
In 1999, the college was reorganized by the accession of the Moscow College of Transport Construction, which in 1954 under the Moscow Metro Construction Directorate was formed as the Moscow Evening College of Railway Transport.
